The SSF, a Ghanaian based charity ngo, serves as a multi - sectoral community support group, formed with Technical support from the Ministry of Health and Ghana Health Service, the District Responds Initiative, Care International, Ghana Registered Midwives Association and Religious Bodies (Christians and Muslims), for the needy and deprived in the operational communities. The Charity NGO, Social Support Foundation is aimed at empowering people on their rights to effectively participate and demand their share towards community development. The SSF existence is also influenced greatly by the enhancement of a coordinated and sustained development through health and social support services to meet the needs of the vulnerable groups in our operational communities.Among the programs administered by the Ghana based Charity NGO, Social Support Foundation are care and support for people living with hiv and aids, orphans, vulnerable children, gender advocacy and community development.
